ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Siem Reap, Cambodia

Warmest welcome to Siem Reap – a home of Angkor temples. Start visiting the Angkor National Museum – an excellent introduction into the cultural heritage of the Khmer Kingdom’s Golden Age. In the afternoon, head out of town and embark on a short cruise along Tonle Sap Lake and visit the local floating villages.

Day 2: Discover Angkor Temples

Visit the jungle-entwined temple, Ta Prohm, at sunrise. Then, discover the magnificent Angkor Wat, the largest Khmer temple and Angkor Thom’s imposing South Gate, topped with the four serenely smiling faces of Avalokiteshvara. Next, visit Bayon temple, the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King.

Day 3: Rolous Group – Beng Mealea

This morning, drive out of town to the ancient capital of King Indravarman. Stop for lunch at a local village then continue visiting the incredible jungle-covered temple: Beng Mealea. Return to Siem Reap in the evening. On the way back, enjoy a traditional performance put on by the “Little Angels” orphanage and school.

Day 4: Kulen Waterfall – Banteay Srei – Preah Khan Temple

Set off to the tranquil countryside around Kulen Mountain – the Khmer Empire’s capital. After arrival, visit countless ancient temples, the River of 1000 Lingas, a reclining Buddha and cascading waterfall. Afternoon, drive to Banteay Srei followed by Preah Khan (Sacred Sword).

Day 5: Departure from Siem Reap

There is no activity today. You will be free for last minutes shopping until we transfer you to the airport for your departure flight.
