WELCOME TO KRATIE

Kratié is the capital of Kratié Province in eastern Cambodia. The small town lying on the banks of the Mekong River is surrounded by French colonial buildings. This is the only place in Cambodia to see the rare Irrawaddy dolphins living in Mekong River. It is estimated that only between 66 and 86 dolphins of this kind remain in the upper region of Cambodia.
